The Thames Whale

No human fault ws found to be the cause of the "Thames Whale" this week in London. In fact, it was discovere in the autopsy report that the 11 year old female bottlenose whale ws in exellent condition prior to entering the Thames River. However, these types of whales have literally no known information available on them pertaining to proper rescuing procedures, including vital information. Vital information, to a marine biologist would contain bits of data such as; how long these whales can remain out of the water, how long they can go between feedings, their natural immunities to various bacterium and parasites, as well as how immune, or not, they are to viral infections.

The 'Thames Whale' was sent to the Natural History Museum for further research. Hopefully, the findings of the scientists there will be able to shed some light on these relatively un-known- of creatures of the deep.
